EPIC Achievements are divided into four stages , which give you different amounts of EP, with platinum even a unique reward for reaching 1,000 EP in a game - similar to Sony s trophy system on the PlayStation:

Bronze = 5-45 EP Silver = 50-95 EP Gold = 100-200 EP Platinum = 250 EP

What happens to the developer successes?

About a year ago, Epic Games has already introduced tools for developers who are managed exclusively by them. These successes continue to receive. So you should already have worked out, do not worry.
